taniyag (User) Fresh Boarder Posts: 1 Karma: 0   Attanding Public High School on a B1/B2 visa by taniyag 6 Months, 3 Weeks ago Hi, My dad enrolled my sister in a Public High School when she was here in the US on a B1/B2 visa. She traveled in and out of the country 2-3 times a year (2000 - 2002) to maintain her 1-94 duration of stay and she never overstayed at any given point. Was this illegal? Thanks.
