this is the question: I"m 17 I came with a visitors visa six yrs ago and I overstayed it. I understand that if I leave b4 turning 18 I won't get the ten yr ban, but for how long will they ban me if I stay one year past my 18 bday? what about six months?will they ban me for 10yrs because they'll count my previous 6yrs? or will they only ban me 3yrs because they're counting from the day I turn 18?
ps. I HAVE done my research, I have asked a lwayer, but that lawyer happened to be a liar. so I want to know what other people think about this.
