Me and my fiance have been wanting to get married for some time... the only problem is that he is an illegal and cannot get a job that pays well enough so that we can live together. I want to know if we could get married and if my fiance could still get a work visa and obtain papers even if we aren't living under the same roof. My fiance came here around 10 years ago on a tourist visa (He was 10 at the time), so he didn't enter illegaly, he just overstayed his visa.
Any help wold be appreciated.
