Coreyp (User) Fresh Boarder Posts: 1 Karma: 0   Adjustment of Status by Coreyp 1 Year, 10 Months ago I met my fiance while I was in the military overseas and even spent some time after my military service living with her in Germany. My fiance is a Hungarian citizen right now and has a travel visa for the US, but as of next month Hungary wont require a visa to travel to the US. We are going to get married in Hungary and afterwards she will come to the US with me where we will file for an adjustment of status. Will we need a fiance visa beforehand and will the US recognize the marrage? Also I thought I read something about how she can file and get a temporary work permit until the paperwork is finalized is that true? Thanks for any help you can offer!
