banti29 (User) Fresh Boarder Posts: 2 Karma: 0   Travel to US on B2 visa after filing immigration ? by banti29 5 Months, 3 Weeks ago Hi, My parents got their B2 visa (10 yr multiple-entry) in 2006 and my mom visited US after that. Now if they (my parents) file for immigration in F4 category, i.e. (Family-_base_d/Brother Sister) as my mom's brother is a US Citizen, then would they be able to travel to US on B2 visa after that? And if they can travel, then can they renew their B2 visa after 10 yr period while their immigration application is still pending, as of now the F4 category backlog is 10-11 years? Please Advise !
