Hi I will try to be short. Was possessed(out of my car) with small amout of cocaine while was under alcogol influence. It happend on one event.First offence. I am a permanent resident so I am deportable for possesion. I live in state of FL.My possession and DUI court on the 17 of August. I have attorney. So far I know he is expirienced but what he is saying makes me a little doubt. So please if possible clarify me some issues.

1. My attorney says he will try to put me on Diversion program. But it might do no good for me. Am I right? Diversion program requare to plead guelty and it will put me in automatic deportation.

2. Can I except diversion program without guelty plea in state of FL?

3. If case will be mismissed, will I still have problems with USCIS?

4. What is the best way for me to avoid deportation?
