I am currently living and working in China with my Vietnamese wife and 3 children. I need to go back to the US for some medical tests and want my wife and children to come with me. My wife and her children are Vietnamese, actually she is an Amerasian but has no idea who her mother and father are. I need to know if my wife can go with me to the states or what process we need to go through to get her to the states so we can work on TIN and the immigration process. With the price of air tickets it is somewhat impossible to fly back and forth to Vietnam to get the paper work done there, and I was told at the immigration office in Saigon that I should just hire a good attorne, and the embassy was just about as much help.
